As H R Consultant practicing for the last 52yrs in Mumbai & Pune areas I would like to suggest that the schedule of publishing MMRates from Bandra
Sankul it is the only responsibility of the officers
to publish MMRates on or before 2nd of February and 2nd of August.If the Act says that the wages should be paid on 5th or 7th of each month.so why MMR official not aware of these dates.There should be some discipline in this procedure.
