The Rajasthan Labour Department on October 18, 2021, has mandated every institution to pay the due bonus within 8months of the end of the financial year. Therefore, the officers are directed to ensure that the bonus is paid to the workers as per rules before Diwali.
As per notification No 4384/4-01/13, the Government of Uttarakhand has released Minimum Wages for the state of Uttarakhand effective from 1st October 2021

An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972.
In section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- “(1) Every employee shall contribute a sum not exceeding fi fty rupees, per year, as may be prescribed, from time to time, to the Fund and every employer shall, in respect of each such employee, contribute a sum not exceeding hundred rupees, per year, as may be prescribed, from time to time, to the Fund and the Government shall, in respect of each such employee, contribute a sum not exceeding fi fty rupees, per year, as may be prescribed, from time to time, to the Fund.”.
Govt. of Uttar Pradesh has revised VDA in minimum wages vide Notification number 630-37 dated 8th Oct 2021 effective from 1st October 2021 to 31st March 2022.
As per notification No-5/ M.W.- 40-16/202 1 L&R- 2847, the Government of Bihar has released Minimum Wages for the state of Bihar effective from 1st October 2021
