The Government of India, vide Notification No. S.O. 1191(E), implemented the provisions of Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), and Chapter VI (Adjudication of Disputes and Claims) of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI Act), effective from 1st day of April 2023, in all the areas of Gandhinagar district, in the State of Gujarat.
