“Whole   district     of  Fatehabad,    Palwal,  Bhiwani,    Charkhi     Dadri,  Jind,  Sirsa, Jhajjar,     Hisar,   Sonepat,    Rohtak,    Mewat   (Nuh),   Mahendragarh,     Gurgaon,   Rewari, Ambala,     Panipat,    Kamal,    Kurukshetra,     Kaithal,   Panchkula    and   Yamuna    Nagar excluding  thearea which  are already   implemented“
