Enclosed is the gazetted copy in regards to extending the provisions of the ESIC Act 1948 to certain classes of establishment as specified in the schedule to the said notification dated 7th June 2021 ( Press Release Copy is enclosed ) And whereas no objection and suggestion has been received within the said period of one month in respect of the captioned subject the effective date of the said notification will be from 1st Aug 2021 as per the schedule
